A TYPICAL DAY at camp will go something like this - Breakfast, all-camp play party, adult, youth and children's classes, lunch, free afternoons with options for sightseeing, hiking, woodcarving, clogging classes, etc., dinner, all-camp play party, fireside time, adult/youth dance party. Evening quiet time by 11:30 p.m. ADULT DANCE CLASSES: Dance classes in International, American squares and contras will be taught each morning under excellent leadership. Both classes will instruct the youth dance classes, enabling them to more fully participate in the evening dance parties. CHILDREN'S CLASSES AND CHILD CARE: Children ages 5 to 16 will enjoy mornings of crafts, games, hiking, dance and music. Children under 5 also participate in various activities during the morning classes, in a day care environment. Staff is also on hand to monitor children during the evening dance party, once they have been put to bed. ACCOMMODATIONS: The rooms are carpeted, spacious, have two double beds each, closets, dressers, and a full private bath. All bed linens, blankets, and pillows are provided. DAY PARTICIPATION:
For those folks who live in the area and
prefer not to stay at camp, we have a "non-resident" category. While we
encourage local folks to take advantage of this, we also feel that it is
important that you participate in ALL activities of the camp. Therefore
the cost will include full program fees facility fees and the following
meals: Thanksgiving dinner, lunch and dinner Friday and
Saturday. | |||
